2 MW Utility Scale Ground Mounted Solar
EGHL Solar Galle Solar Power project is the second solar power project EGHL group ventured in year 2020. EGHL won this project by participating a international competitive bidding tender floated by Utility (CEB). The tariff offered by EGHL was the lowest for the specific location (USD Cents 9.5).
The project is in slopy ground, hence a south facing mounting system with concrete foundations were used.
The project is located in Akmeemana, Galle District in Southern Province of Sri Lanka
